The Take Off Edition is the steel Digitrend AMIDA came back with, and it has one thing the later editions do not: a caseback engraved for this edition alone, with graphics that AMIDA says nod to its very first logo.
The back is open, so the Soprod Newton P092 automatic shows through. It drives an in-house jumping-hour module of 9 components and 6 screws, with 44 hours of reserve.
As on every Digitrend, the reading sits on the flank: the discs turn flat inside and a sapphire prism reflects them upright, the hour jumping and the minutes trailing behind.
Satin-brushed and polished 316L steel, 39.6 mm by 39 mm, water resistant to 50 m. Each piece is numbered, with charcoal Alcantara lined in orange calfskin and a metal bracelet.
