Description

In red, the Starfleet Explorer looks as if it has just come back from somewhere dangerous. It is the smaller follow-up to the Starfleet Machine, MB&F and L'Epée 1839's first clock together, and it brings three escorts.

Those escorts are spacecraft in red hand-lacquered polymer, lined up on one axis and circling the movement every five minutes. The time sits above them: minutes through a curved aperture in the rotating top dome, hours from a hand on a fixed disc, both in matching red.

The in-house movement has 11 jewels and 95 components, with Incabloc shock protection, and runs 8 days between windings with the double-ended key. The steel structure stands 11 cm tall. Limited to 99 pieces in each colour.
