Tonda PF GMT Minute Rattrapante Platinum

In platinum, the GMT Rattrapante shows one hour hand until you need two. Press the pusher on the side of the case and the local-time hand steps forward an hour at a time, uncovering the home-time hand that was waiting underneath.

Press the pusher in the crown and the two close up again, as a split-seconds chronograph’s hands do. It belongs to Parmigiani Fleurier’s 30th-anniversary platinum trilogy: case and bracelet in 950 platinum, the dial sandblasted in natural platinum.

The PF051 automatic is wound by a 22-carat rose gold micro-rotor, guilloché in Grain d’Orge, and runs 48 hours at 3 Hz. The case is 40 mm by 10.7 mm and water resistant to 60 m. Limited to 30 pieces.
