Louis Erard x Massena LAB Le Régulateur, in gold and rhodium
Louis Erard and Massena LAB meet on the regulator, a complication the brand links both to the history of chronometry and to its own.
Le Régulateur Louis Erard x Massena LAB comes in two variations, each a limited edition of 178 pieces, a number that stands for “together we are stronger”. The only difference is the dial: on one, the lower plate is plated in 2N gold; on the other, it is rhodium-plated.

The references are classic ones: a dash of Antide Janvier and a touch of 19th century marine chronometry, the brand says. Louis Erard set the stage, and Massena LAB wrote the dialogue between a contemporary watch and a marine chronometer.
That chronometer brings an even more advanced search for readability than usual. The external flange and the two counters are rhodium-plated with a circular satin finish, set over a grained lower plate, and the leaf-shaped hands are blued steel. The polished steel case measures 42mm, and inside is the automatic Sellita SW266-1.
The result, Louis Erard says, is “an unusually sophisticated dial”, on a regulator designed to put on a show.
