Laurent Ferrier Grand Sport Tourbillon, in Golden Brown
For its 12th anniversary, Laurent Ferrier dresses the Grand Sport Tourbillon, a watch born of its two founders’ shared love of motor racing, in the colours of autumn.
Laurent Ferrier introduces the Grand Sport Tourbillon Golden Brown, its integrated case and bracelet made entirely of 5N red gold. Two earlier versions came in steel; this one is a limited edition of 24 pieces.

The opaline dial shades from lighter chocolate at the centre to darker at the edges. Its drop-shaped hour markers and Assegai-shaped hands, both in red gold, have been enlarged to take white Super-LumiNova. The case is shaped like a sleek car body, and the three-link bracelet mixes satin-brushed rows with mirror-polished bevels.
Inside is the manual-winding tourbillon calibre with double balance spring. It is the same movement that powered the Classic Tourbillon when it won the Men’s Watch prize at the Grand Prix d’Horlogerie de Genève. A long-blade ratchet gives a gentle, reassuring sound as the watch is wound.
Contemporary as it looks, the brand says, the watch carries on the watchmaking traditions Laurent Ferrier holds dear.
