Chronoswiss introduces the ReSec Green Monster and Vertical Blue
The designer behind Chronoswiss’s ReSec Green Monster was captivated, as a child, by the legend of a 17,000-horsepower car that dominated the salt flats.
Chronoswiss today introduces the ReSec Green Monster Manufacture and the ReSec Vertical Blue Manufacture, each limited to 100 pieces. The Green Monster takes its cue from the Bonneville racecars of the 1960s.

The Green Monster’s hand-guilloché dial has a CVD coating that shifts from green to blue, worn on a green rubber strap. The Vertical Blue has a vertical Côte de Genève under a blue CVD coating, with a matching blue strap. Both are in 42mm Grade 5 titanium.
The hours sit off-centre at 12 o’clock, the minutes are central and the seconds are retrograde at 6 o’clock. Inside is the new manufacture Calibre C.6005, ruthenium-plated and finished with a radial Côte de Genève, with 55 hours of power reserve.
Chronoswiss says the pair open a new chapter for the ReSec series, which debuted in 2020.
