The UR-101 Diamond Sky sets 214 diamonds into a steel URWERK, each one placed where two engraved lines cross. From across the room it reads as a constellation; up close, as a precise grid.
Under the sparkle is the idea URWERK started with: wandering hours. Two satellites carry the hour numerals along a 180-degree arc, and the hour in view points to the minutes. The crown sits at 12 o’clock, and the design traces straight back to the first URWERK pieces of 1997.
The 41 mm steel case holds an automatic movement with 48 hours of power reserve at 4 Hz, and the markers are painted with Super-LumiNova. It is worn on a white textured rubber strap with a steel pin buckle. Limited to 25 pieces.
