UR-10 SpaceMeter Blue [Final Edition]

The URWERK UR-10 SpaceMeter Blue Final Edition closes the chapter on one of the brand’s strangest and most poetic machines.

Limited to 25 pieces, the UR-10 is less a conventional wristwatch and more a mechanical map of Earth in motion. Its round dial may look unusually calm for URWERK, but beneath that familiar shape is a cosmic instrument measuring the distances our planet travels as it rotates on its axis, orbits the Sun, and moves through space.

Three subdials track these journeys: Earth’s daily rotation, Earth’s solar orbit, and a combined orbital indication. Hours and minutes are present, of course, but almost secondary. The UR-10 does not simply tell you the time. It reminds you that you are standing on a planet that refuses to sit still.

On the caseback, a 24-hour peripheral display and engraved rotation and revolution pictograms complete the watch’s portable cosmography. The patented Double Flow Turbine adds another layer of mechanical theatre, with two stacked propellers rotating in opposite directions to regulate the winding system.

The Blue Final Edition marks the end of the UR-10 and the closing of URWERK’s “10” collection. Naturally, it now enters legend status. Very URWERK behaviour.
