Mirrored Force Resonance Zeitgeist

There is exactly one Mirrored Force Resonance Zeitgeist: a unique piece in a 43 mm platinum case, made as a milestone for Armin Strom’s patented resonance system.

The dial is pared back on purpose. A small plate of 18-carat white gold in polished lacquer (vernis laqué poli) carries the time, so the eye goes to the resonance mechanism beside it: a pair of balances coupled by a clutch spring cut from a single piece of steel about as thick as a human hair.

The hand-wound calibre ARF21 ZG has an 80-hour power reserve, and its twin seconds hands can be reset together without stopping the movement. Armin Strom finished by hand even the parts you will barely see. It sits on black alligator with a platinum pin buckle.
