The SBGW293 is Grand Seiko's classic dress watch in its quietest form: a hand-wound Grand Seiko in 36.5 mm steel with a brown dial.
The dial has a soft sunray finish, so the brown moves from warm to dark as the light shifts. Diamond-cut hands and indexes give the edges their glint under a box-shaped sapphire crystal, and at 11.6 mm thick and 66 g it slides under a shirt cuff.
Inside is the manual-winding calibre 9S64, with approximately 72 hours of power reserve: wind it on Monday and it is still going on Thursday. Water resistant to 10 bar.
