Through an opening at 12 o'clock turns a one-minute flying tourbillon with a cylindrical hairspring, the kind once fitted to marine chronometers and far harder to make than a flat one. A high-domed sapphire crystal covers it all.
The self-winding HMC 810 runs at 21,600 vibrations an hour with at least 72 hours of reserve, wound by an 18-carat gold rotor. Steel case, 42 mm across.
