Digitrend OSII Black

The Digitrend OSII Black is AMIDA picking up where 1976 left off, then turning the lights on.

Limited to 150 pieces worldwide, it takes the original Digitrend’s sideways prism display and low-slung, space-age silhouette, then opens it up with a sapphire hood machined from a single block. Beneath it sits AMIDA’s in-house-developed jumping-hour module, framed by a black-coated 316L steel structure that is deliberately part of the show.

The display delivers jumping hours and scrolling minutes through AMIDA’s Light Reflecting Display prism technology. And for the first time, it does not disappear when the lights go down. BGW9 Super-LumiNova® brings the display and framework accents to life after dark, giving the Digitrend a proper nocturnal mode.

Powered by the automatic Soprod Newton P024, the OSII Black is part mechanical watch, part lost-future design object, and entirely unconcerned with looking like anything else on your wrist.
