Earth 45 Black Pepper

Black, matt and finely textured, so the front reads as a surface rather than a screen. When the letters light up, they seem to come out of it.

This is the EARTH 45, formerly CLASSIC, with the BLACK PEPPER front: stainless steel with a matt black coating. The words for the time light through letters cut out by laser, and dots in the corners mark the minutes in between. The front hangs on magnets, so another colour or language can go on later; Arabic fronts swap only for Arabic.

450 × 450 × 22 mm and about 4.8 kg. For the wall bracket or the acrylic base. A light sensor matches the brightness to the room, and it keeps time to ±8 seconds a month.
