The Tourbillon Rose Gold is rose gold all the way through: 5N gold for the double-ellipse case and 5N gold for the dial, so the silver details do the contrasting.

The dial's pinstripe guilloché was made with Kari Voutilainen's atelier and La Fabrique du Temps Louis Vuitton, and each dial carries its own engraved number. The hour and minute tracks and the seconds track are 925 silver, the seconds split into three 20-second sections around the tourbillon, which turns once a minute.

Inside, the hand-wound DR001 was developed and assembled at La Fabrique du Temps Louis Vuitton under Michel Navas and Enrico Barbasini. It runs at 3 Hz with about 80 hours of power reserve, and shows Côtes de Genève and polished bevels through the back.

The case is 38.6 × 35.5 mm and 9.2 mm thick, on a calfskin strap.
