MB&F introduces the Legacy Machine 101 EVO
Collectors had long asked MB&F for an EVO version of its smallest Legacy Machine, and the brand’s 20th anniversary gave it a reason to answer.
MB&F today introduces the Legacy Machine 101 EVO, marking the brand’s 20th anniversary. It comes in titanium, with a salmon or a peacock green dial plate.

The LM101 EVO keeps the 14mm balance wheel that floats above the movement, a design MB&F first used in 2014. The EVO treatment adds 80 metres of water resistance, a screw-down crown and an integrated rubber strap, held by the brand’s patented FlexRing shock absorber. The peacock green dial shifts through green, blue and purple as the light moves across it.
The movement was MB&F’s first fully in-house calibre, and Kari Voutilainen shaped its finishing. Its power reserve now rises to 60 hours, up from 45, and new white gold hands read the time against black subdials.
It is the smallest Legacy Machine, built now for a life spent outdoors as much as at a desk.
