Czapek developed its Cosmic Blue for the first Antarctique Tourbillon, then chose to wait, keeping it to unite three Antarctique models in titanium.
Czapek today introduces the Antarctique Dark Sector, Révélation and Tourbillon Cosmic Blue, all in grade 5 titanium. The Tourbillon and Révélation appear in titanium for the first time, and the Dark Sector and Révélation also arrive in a new 38.5mm size.
On the Dark Sector, two polished concentric circles are broken at 12 points, so each hour is marked by a void. The Révélation’s Calibre SXH7 reworks SXH5 upside-down, showing the escapement on the dial side. The Tourbillon’s flying tourbillon floats above a hand-guilloché ‘Singularité’ dial by Metalem, its gold rotor hand-engraved by Michèle R.
“We chose these three calibres as each represents a milestone in Czapek’s evolution,” says Xavier de Roquemaurel, CEO of Czapek & Cie.
Up to 70 percent of each watch’s components are now machined and finished inside Czapek’s own Manufacture.
